It was an honor to help you out with the book. I just wanted to let you know that I think the book is excellent. Very straight forward. I know that I have implemented some of the things for your book not only in my training but also my clients. It can be confusing for people to decide which course of action to take in choosing a program, and I believe yours is so well laid out that you can't go wrong.
I have been trying out your style of tempo running and it will be a keeper in my training.
